Surface engineering is the vertical where the Arelic group’s industrial-grade quality standards meet residential and hospitality interiors. It is the vertical born from a single observation: the discipline Arrelic brings to plant floors is almost entirely absent from homes.

Arelic operates in this vertical through Arelic Homes, its interiors and materials studio. Every project ships with a five-year workmanship warranty — an industry-first commitment backed by the parent group — and a documented longevity report drawn from an in-house surface-engineering lab.

The vertical spans micro-cement floors, acoustic panel systems, specialty coatings and hand-finished walls, delivered across premium residences and boutique hospitality projects. Design partners include leading architecture studios in Mumbai, Delhi and Bhubaneswar.
