Arelic Homes was founded in 2025 with a simple observation — the surface engineering, materials science and quality assurance discipline that Arrelic brings to industrial plants is almost entirely absent from residential interiors.
The result is India’s only interior fit-out practice that ships every project with a five-year workmanship warranty, an engineered materials specification, and a documented longevity report. Arelic Homes has completed 48 premium residences and a growing hospitality portfolio, referred by leading architecture studios in Mumbai, Delhi and Bhubaneswar.
The studio operates a dedicated surface-engineering lab where micro-cement formulations, acoustic panel systems and specialty coatings are tested to industrial spec before being deployed in any residence.
