Floor HealthScan?
AFS Smart Floor HealthScan is a comprehensive engineering inspection system developed by Arelic to evaluate marble and stone flooring using measurable, scientific parameters.
Unlike traditional contractor checks or visual inspections, AFS evaluates your floor across geometry, surface physics, structural integrity, moisture behavior, and long-term durability.

What We Inspect
Surface Geometry & Level Accuracy
Laser-measured precision. Level accuracy, undulations, joint lippage, drainage slope, and load stress zones.

Surface Smoothness & Micro-Texture
Ra / Rz analysis using surface roughness testers. Average roughness, peak-to-valley height, uniformity across slabs.

Gloss & Light Reflectance Analysis
GU value mapping. Gloss uniformity, light reflection behavior, glare and hotspot detection.
